Once an order has entered the dispatch stage, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

4. GIFTEDTOALL’S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

While we strive to honor all confirmed orders, GiftedToAll India Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The order has already been dispatched or is in transit.
  • The product becomes out of stock prior to order update on the website.
  • Errors are detected in product pricing, descriptions, or promotional details after the order is placed.
  • Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent transactions or misuse of credit/debit cards.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable shipping address details.
  • Orders destined for restricted or non-serviceable locations, or those not covered by our shipment insurance policy.

In each case, affected customers will be promptly informed, and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with this Policy.

5. VENDORS AND SALES PARTNERS

All retailers and sales partners affiliated with GiftedToAll India Ltd. are required to execute a valid Sales Partner Agreement and comply with its terms.

Key provisions:

  1. GiftedToAll voucher codes are issued exclusively through the GiftedToAll e-Portal and are not valid on any other website or marketplace.
  2. Gift vouchers are provided complimentarily under promotional and reward programs; neither GiftedToAll India Ltd. nor its Sales Partners receive any direct monetary consideration for their sale.
  3. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to third parties. They may only be redeemed by the originally issued customer.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed only under the following legitimate circumstances:

  1. Customer-initiated cancellation within the designated cancellation window.
  2. Cancellation or non-fulfillment caused by GiftedToAll India Ltd. or its shipping partners.
  3. Approved product returns submitted in compliance with our Returns Policy.

If a customer cancels an order after the allowed period or once the order has been dispatched, no refund shall be issued.

6.2 Refund Process

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
All disputes arising under this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
